CANCELLATION POLICY
• Where a booking has been
made with a 30% deposit and the booking has to be cancelled, every effort will
be made to transfer this booking and deposit to an alternative date which must
be made within 6 months of the original reservation dates. If this is not
possible then the 30% deposit will be forfeited.
• Where a 50% or 100%
deposit has been paid and a cancellation takes place, again every effort will be
made to transfer the booking and deposit to an alternative date, which must be
made within 6 months of the original reservation dates. Should this not be
possible the following refund policy will apply:-
• If full payment for the
accommodation has been made and the booking cancelled any time up to 42 days
before arrival 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If full payment for the
accommodation has been made and the booking cancelled between 21 and 42 days
before arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If full payment for the
accommodation has been made and the booking cancelled within 21 days before
arrival 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If 50% has been paid on the
accommodation and the booking is cancelled 14 – 28 days before arrival 20% of
the deposit will be refunded.
• No refunds given for early
departures.
